Satara District – November 2025: Continuing its mission to enhance rural healthcare, Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK) organized Women’s Health Camps in Malwadi and Vitthalwadi villages under the “Rural Health and Nutrition Project” supported by Cummins India Foundation. A total of 129 women benefited from the initiative.

The sessions, led by Dr. Pol, focused on preventive health, addressing issues such as menopause, PCOD, cervical cancer, and nutrition. Participants received educational materials and follow-up support for sustained well-being.

With coordination by Mr. Vilas Alhat, the camps successfully promoted health awareness and early diagnosis among rural women. The initiative was widely appreciated for its role in building a health-conscious and empowered rural community.
