Health camps play a vital role in addressing diverse healthcare needs, embodying a proactive approach to public health. They concentrate on preventive healthcare measures, encompassing health check-ups, vaccinations and awareness programs. These initiatives significantly contribute to enhancing healthcare accessibility, promoting preventive measures and addressing specific health needs, thereby fostering the overall well-being of communities.
Dr. Pravin Gaikwad and Lab Technician Pramod Kamble played instrumental role in conducting this health camp tailored for the migrant community. The camp covered a range of topics, including General Health Checkups, HB, BP and Sugar testing. In addition, the community received valuable insights on maintaining a good diet, sanitation practices, nutrition, and information on infectious diseases. A total of 96 individuals directly benefited from this health camp and the beneficiaries expressed deep gratitude to BGVK for spearheading this impactful initiative.
