BGVK expanded its Rural Health and Nutrition project to Kheda village in Madhya Pradesh, providing healthcare to 53 children. Supported by Cummins India Foundation, the camp emphasized holistic care in a region with limited medical infrastructure.

Event Details
Dr. Himanshu and her team delivered:

• Immunizations: Vaccinations for measles, polio, and tetanus.

• Nutritional Assessments: Height-weight measurements and dietary advice for malnourished children.

• Treatment Kits: Free medications for infections, skin diseases, and vitamin deficiencies.

Mr. Vilas Alhat coordinated with local leaders to ensure maximum participation.

Impact and Importance
The camp identified 15 cases of malnutrition and provided tailored dietary plans. Parents learned to recognize early symptoms of common illnesses, reducing reliance on distant healthcare centers.
