Ahilyanagar (2025) – Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK), under the Salesian Missions Project with CSR partner support, organized nutritious meal distribution for children from migrant families in Arangaon, Savedi, Shastrinagar, and Kapurwadi areas of Ahilyanagar city.
The initiative provided 193 children with balanced meals—rice, fruits, and other nutritious items—distributed once a week, four to five times per month. Beyond food distribution, the effort aimed to create nutritional awareness and highlight the role of healthy diets in children’s physical and cognitive growth.
Parents and children welcomed the initiative, recognizing it as a step toward better health, improved learning outcomes, and enhanced well-being for vulnerable migrant families.
