289 Teachers Training Programme for the 65 new teachers of Ahmednagar, Beed and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar of Atos Prayas Foundation, Pune. 

Ahmednagar - October 2024: Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK) organized a Teacher’s Training Programme for 65 educators involved in the Empowerment of Students through Education and Career Orientation (A project for improving learning and understanding in students in 65 villages in the Districts of Aurangabad, Ahmednagar and Beed in Maharashtra) Project, supported by Atos Prayas Foundation. This initiative highlights the commitment to enhancing teachers' capabilities.

BGVK recognizes the vital role of teacher training in preparing educators to meet students' diverse and evolving needs. These programs are essential for the professional development of teachers, significantly improving the quality of education.

During the training, Mr. Arjun Sharnagate emphasized creating greater interest in education among children and explained the Baseline paper. Teachers also shared their monthly experiences, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Coordinated by BGVK in Ahmednagar, the program commenced with a warm welcome from Fr. George D’Abreo, the Director of BGVK. The training focused on creative teaching methods, effective communication, and positive interactions with children.
