Ahmednagar 2023: A three days residential training workshop was organised  for the members of village watershed committee's, sarpanchs of the villages, PRI members, youth and members of the VNRMCs at BGVK in collaboration with Tata Power Community Development Trust(TPCDT). This whole initiative has been supported by TPCDT. The participants from the renewable sites of Solapur, Satara, Jalna, Dharashiv (Osmanabad) and Ahmednagar were part of this initiative. This extensive worshop covered training, practical assignments, field exposure and knowledge sharing dialogues among the progressive farmers from the Khandke Supa Site villages. All participants learnt the processes and submissions in the context of village development. Field exposure visits were carried out to ideal villages  Ralegansiddhi and Hiware Bazar. They received guidance from the social reformer Shri Anna Hazare. These members visited watershed villages developed by Tata Power in association with BGVK and NABARD. All the participants expressed their gratitude towards Tata Power and BGVK for organizing  workshop in systematic way in terms of development of the village and strengthening development approach.
