Ahilyanagar (August 2025) – Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK), under the READ Project supported by Bosconet, organized Child Rights Awareness Programmes in Ahmednagar district for children from vulnerable and migrant communities.

The sessions focused on educating students about their fundamental rights—education, health, protection, and participation. Using storytelling, games, and discussions, the sessions made learning interactive and impactful.

A total of 310 children across 10 schools participated. Students reported increased awareness of their rights, while teachers observed greater confidence and openness among children.
