178 Staff Review Meeting and Training for Teachers of Primary Education Project, Dhadgaon 

Ahmednagar – June 2024:  Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK) convened a Staff Review Meeting for the team involved in the Primary Education Project, which is being implemented in Dhadgaon within the Nandurbar district. This noteworthy project receives support from Manos Unidas. Recognizing the pivotal role of review meetings in organizational success and effectiveness, the event offered staff members a platform to develop and enhance their skills and knowledge pertinent to their respective roles.

Mr. Nilesh Pawra, the project coordinator, extended a warm welcome to the staff. Fr. George, the Director of BGVK, elucidated the purpose behind conducting the staff review meeting and provided insights into the project's progress. 

Additionally, Fr. George, the director, conducted a session on crafting a timeline for daily activities and its effective implementation. Fr. Mavron conducted a session on dealing with emotions while teaching children. Other topics such as team building, effective communication and leadership were also covered. Some actions songs were taught to the teachers in order to teach the students.

Following this, Mr. Nilesh, in a comprehensive overview of the project, delineated the targets to be achieved in the upcoming months. The staff expressed satisfaction with the review meeting, leaving with renewed enthusiasm and a commitment to heightened effectiveness in their respective fields.
