Mr. Sandeep Berad, the project coordinator welcomed the staff . Fr, George the Director of BGVK explained to the staff the purpose of having the staff training and also discussed the progress of the project. Mr. Vilas and Mr. Arjun took an input sessions on the documentation and making the case studies. Fr. George the director also took a session on making the timeline of the daily activities and its implementation. Mr. Berad after the session took an overview of the project and explained to the staff the targets to be achieved in the coming months. The staff were very satisfied with the training and went back enthused to be more effective in their field.
