Ahmednagar: June 2024: The Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK), organized a capacity building for the Community Health Volunteers (CHV) in the Ahmednagar district. Altogether 7 CHV participated in the session held under the aegis of project ‘Rural Health and Nutrition Project’ financially supported by Cummins India Foundation.

Mr. Vilas Alhat (Project Coordinator- BGVK) welcomed the participants and resource person. Dr. Khandagale, Mr. Ashok Sabban (YASHADA trainer) and Mr. Sandip Berad were the resource person for this session. The objective of the workshop was to spread awareness Health Sanitation Nutrition for Women and Adolescent Girl, Anaemia, Family Planning and Nutrition Education. The resource persons spoke about Health Sanitation Nutrition for Women and Adolescent Girl, Anaemia, Family Planning and Nutrition Education etc.                          

This was followed by a question-and-answer session in which the participants asked questions which were answered by the resource person. They were happy and they will be helped to the needy and poor people.
