Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra engaged with students across 48 schools in Ahilyanagar and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar districts, facilitating classroom-based education and career orientation sessions.
The focus was not on rushing decisions or prescribing career paths, but on helping students slow down, reflect, and understand their own interests and strengths. Through guided discussions and activities, students explored possibilities aligned with what they enjoy and where their natural inclinations lie.
As part of the process, students took the RIASEC test, which helped them link personal interests with different education and career pathways. For many, this was their first structured opportunity to think about the future in a supportive, pressure-free environment.
This initiative is part of the Empowerment of Students through Education and Career Orientation Project, supported by Atos Prayas Foundation, and aims to build clarity, confidence, and informed decision-making among adolescents.
