Ahmednagar (August 2025) – Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK), under the READ Project supported by Bosconet, conducted a Leadership Development Training for Teachers.

The programme aimed to strengthen teachers’ roles as educators and community leaders, covering topics such as decision-making, communication, conflict resolution, and team building.

25 teachers actively engaged in role plays and group activities, reporting enhanced confidence and commitment to applying leadership skills in classrooms and communities.
