Teacher training programs are very important. They help ensure teachers are well-prepared and able to meet the needs of their students. These programs are a key part of helping teachers develop professionally and improve the quality of education.

BGVK led the coordination of this training program in Ahmednagar. All the participating teachers were warmly welcomed by Fr. George, the BGVK Director. During the training, the focus was on teaching creative methods, effective communication, and positive ways of interacting with children.

This training program is part of BGVK's efforts to support the Village Primary Education Project in the two districts. By investing in teacher development, BGVK aims to enhance the skills and capabilities of the teachers involved, ultimately benefiting the students they serve.
