070 Document Camp for Migrant Community in Nalegaon Hemlet 

Ahmednagar 2023: Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK) conducted a Document Camp for the migrant community at Nalegaon Hemlet in Ahmednagar city. This initiative, held under the auspices of the 'A Project for Migrant Children,’ supported by Salesian Missions. Altogether 55 people benefitted from this programme.

Document camps designed for the migrant community are indispensable in addressing the legal, social, and humanitarian challenges confronted by migrants. They play a pivotal role in enhancing the well-being, integration, and protection of individuals within the migrant community, fostering a more inclusive and supportive society.

During the camp, Mrs. Bhavana Ghatvisave, a member of the BGVK staff, delivered an introductory speech, elucidating the significance of the event. Attendees received assistance in updating and obtaining crucial documents such as Pancard, Adhar card, Ration card, E-Shram card, and ABHA card (Health ID). Concluding the camp, Mrs. Bhavana  Ghatvisave, the Coordinator of BGVK, expressed gratitude in a vote of thanks. The participants conveyed their joy and appreciation to the organization for spearheading this commendable initiative.
