Ahmednagar: Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK), Ahmednagar organized an ‘Exposure Visit’ for 21 women from Shirsuphal village. This exposure was held under the aegis of ‘Vocational Training Centre’ supported by Tata Power Community Development Trust, Mumbai.

It was taken to Meher, in Yavat taluka. These women were exposed to various projects made by  Self Help Group women such as small and big clothe bags, dresses, pots, Bangles and  a nursery. The main objective of this exposure visit was to give  new ideas about the entrepreneurship to these women. They were guided about the Do’s and Don’ts of business. They were also guided on identifying needs of the market, selection of the business, importance of commitment, planning, adaptation of new technology, availing the seed capital from the banks and the attitude one needs in developing business.  The women were accompanied by Mr. Arjun Sharnagate (Staff of BGVK). They were very greatful to TPCDT and BGVK for this exposure.
