Ahmednagar 2023: Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK) organized a Leadership and Public Speaking training program for Community-Based Organization (CBO) leaders hailing from fifteen villages in Ahmednagar and Shrigonda blocks within the district of Ahmednagar. A total of 23 women actively participated in this program conducted under the auspices of the 'Jeevan III - Women led Empowering Action' project, financially supported by CARITAS INDIA.

Mr. Melvin Pangya, the coordinator for Caritas India in Maharashtra, served as the main resource person for the training. The training aimed to bolster the self-confidence of women, enabling them to express their thoughts and opinions with assurance and become adept and confident speakers. Mr. Melvin covered various topics, including building one's capacity, fostering self-awareness, and delving into leadership. He incorporated activities designed to enhance participants' self-confidence and provided valuable tips on leadership.

Active participation from the attendees included sharing their perspectives and experiences. The program concluded with a vote of thanks extended by Mr. Arjun Sharnagate, a staff member of BGVK, acknowledging the valuable contributions and insights gained during the Leadership and Public Speaking training.
