Ahmednagar, 2024: WOTR organized a training on Poultry and Goat Rearing Management in BGVK Training Centre. BGVK was the knowledge partner for the training. Altogether 42 women participated in this programme. This initiative was supported by the NABARD. The training aimed at management of the poultry and goatery. 

Mr. Dinesh Sherkar and Mr. Balasaheb Gaikwad were the resource persons for the training. The training mainly focused on reduction on Morbidity, Mortality and Reduction in the cost of fodder. The trainees also were taken to BGVK farm for the exposure visit. The training also aimed at providing alternative means of livelihood to the women along with agriculture. All the trainees appreciated the training.
