Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra organized a rally to create awareness on health and hygiene. It was organized in 22 villages of Ahmednagar, Phaltan and Madhya Pradesh.  More than 7250 students, villagers and school staff participated in these rallies.

The school children gathered at their school ground at 8:00 am in the morning where they were briefed by the project staff on the health and hygiene and the slogans. From there they walked through the whole village. In the rally, children carried placards with slogans on personal hygiene, cleanliness and safety precautions to be taken. Children were very excited to participate in the rally and communicated their message to residents and commuters on the way. 

After the rally, Mr. Vilas Alhat (Coordinator – BGVK) gave information on composition of Health awareness and nutritious food etc. Snacks were served to children and school staff after the rallies. This whole initiative is being supported by Cummins India Foundation. People were  very appreciative of this initiative.
