The main objective of these sessions was to create awareness about the concept of Bal Panchayat and to encourage children to take responsibility in school and community matters. Through interactive discussions, the importance of children’s participation in decision-making and leadership was highlighted in a simple and engaging manner.

As part of the programme, Bal Samitti was formed in each school, and students were assigned different roles such as Prime Minister and Cleanliness Minister. This exercise not only made the children excited and curious but also helped them understand the value of leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. The activity fostered confidence and a sense of ownership among the children, laying a foundation for nurturing responsible future citizens.
