Ahilynagar (August 2025): Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK) had the privilege of hosting a high-level delegation from Tata Power Community Development Trust (TPCDT) and Tata Power Renewables during their visit to Ahmednagar and Partur (Jalna) sites. The purpose of the visit was to review ongoing community development initiatives, interact with beneficiaries, and explore future opportunities for sustainable development.

The delegation included Mr. Himal Tiwari (Chairman, TPCDT & CHRO, Tata Power), Mr. A.G. Patil (CEO, Renewable Energy Ltd. & Head CR & Sustainability), Mr. Paresh Sahasrabuddhe (Head, O&M Wind), Mr. Mahadeo Sable (Zonal Head, O&M Solar), Mr. Nandkumar Satre (Zonal Head, Renewable O&M – Wind), Mr. Pankaj Kumar Singh (Chief, Community Impact), and Mr. Manish Gupte (Head, CSR Renewables).

During the visit, the team reviewed skill development, livelihood, health, and education programs, interacted with women and youth beneficiaries, and appreciated their success stories. The delegation expressed satisfaction with the visible impact of the initiatives and encouraged scaling them for long-term sustainability.

The leaders reaffirmed Tata Power’s commitment to inclusive and community-led development and acknowledged the strong partnership between TPCDT, Tata Power Renewables, and BGVK, appreciating the efforts of field staff and community members in driving positive change.
