Ahilyanagar (2025) – Bosco Gramin Vikas Kendra (BGVK), under the Rural Health and Nutrition Project supported by Cummins India Foundation, organized specialized Women’s Health Camps in Malwadi and Vadgaon villages of Satara district.

A total of 126 women benefitted through comprehensive check-ups, awareness sessions, and preventive care services. Led by Dr. Pol, the camps covered critical health topics such as menopause, PCOD, cervical cancer, and other women’s health concerns. Participants also received educational materials and guidance for follow-up care.

Mr. Vilas Alhat ensured effective coordination with healthcare professionals and local authorities for maximum outreach. The initiative received overwhelming appreciation, with women expressing gratitude to Cummins India Foundation and BGVK for bringing much-needed healthcare services to their doorstep and significantly improving their well-being.
